Steve Temple is a founding member of LoneStar Wealth Management’s Beavercreek and Troy, Ohio offices, where his passion for helping people pursue financial confidence and a successful retirement is evident in everything he does.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Steve has dedicated his career to providing personalized, high-quality financial guidance to individuals and families from all walks of life. His philosophy is simple: every client is unique, and every financial plan should be too.
Steve specializes in helping individuals who are retired or approaching retirement navigate the important financial decisions that come with this stage of life. Throughout his career, he has created hundreds of personalized financial and retirement strategies designed around each client’s goals, concerns, priorities, and vision for the future. His success is rooted in a lasting commitment to helping people protect what they have worked hard to build and make informed decisions about the years ahead.
Steve has passed the Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and serves clients as a fiduciary, committed to acting in their best interests. His approach brings together investment management, retirement income planning, risk management, Social Security strategies, tax-conscious planning, and estate and legacy considerations to help clients develop a more complete financial picture.
Beyond the office, Steve hosts Temple Talk Radio, a fun and engaging weekly financial radio program where he combines financial education with stories, insights, and practical ideas for living a more successful and fulfilling life.
Steve resides in Bellbrook, Ohio, with his wife, Kathleen, and their English Springer Spaniel, Ayoka. Together, Steve and Kathleen have five children and seven grandchildren. When he isn’t helping clients or behind the microphone, Steve enjoys high-power rocketry, traveling, and golf.

Kathleen Wright is a dedicated client relations professional with a strong background in building trust, enhancing client experiences, and supporting long-term partnerships. In her role at Lonestar Wealth Management, she serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
With a career rooted in service and communication, Kathleen excels at creating meaningful relationships and helping clients feel confident in their financial journey. She brings excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a client-first approach that aligns with the firm’s mission of delivering personalized, fiduciary-focused financial guidance.
Outside of work, Kathleen is passionate about family, community involvement, and her church.

As Office Manager at Lonestar Wealth Management, Gerilynne is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clients receive the highest level of service. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she manages administrative processes, supports our advisory team, and helps create a welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Gerilynne brings a wealth of experience in office administration and client service, and she takes pride in being both efficient and approachable. Her goal is to make every interaction—whether over the phone or in person—professional, seamless, and friendly.
When she’s not at work, Gerilynne enjoys family, hobbies, community involvement, reflecting her passion for both personal and professional growth.

This endorsement of Gradient Investments, LLC, (GI) and its portfolio management services is provided by the firm. The firm refers clients to GI for portfolio management services. GI does not pay separate compensation to the firm in relation to its endorsement or any promotional services.
